Limited Lifetime Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty: The Swift Optical Instruments, Inc. Limited Lifetime Warranty assures that the microscope is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Electrical components are covered for three years; camera and video components are covered or one year after purchase. Normal wear, routine maintenance, light bulbs or damage resulting from repair by unauthorized parties, accident, alteration, shipping, misuse or abuse is not covered. Warranty service is provided by Swift Optical Instruments, Inc. authorized technicians. Determination of warranty is at the technician's discretion.
Other than set forth above, Swift hearby disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose.
Service
Please call customer service before anything is shipped to Swift. Returns of any kind must be accompanied by our Product Return Form. Please download, complete and include one with each returned product in the box. In addition, returns to stock require an RA number prior to shipping.
Software
Swiftcam II Imaging Software - Capture, store, manipulate, measure, annotate and magnify still images using Swift digital products.
Swiftcam II Imaging software operates on Windows XP or above & MAC OSX. Requires 1 Ghz processor, Video card: 128 MB, RAM 512 MB or above, and 500 MB Hard Disk. CD-ROM drive, USB 2.0 plug.
Motic Images Plus 2.0 - Alternative software choice for Swift digital product users that incorporates advanced features such as scale bars, grid overlay and measuring applications.
Motic Images Plus 2.0 can be downloaded for free by following the link and registering as a user. (You will need the Swiftcam II Imaging software serial number that was shipped with your Swift Digital product. This serial number is located on the software CD's protective sleeve. Please contact Swift customer service at (877) 967-9438 if the serial number has been misplaced.)
