By combining traditional microscopy techniques with digital cameras and imaging software, Swift Optical Instruments, now provides teachers with additional tools and solutions.
Digital microscopy is a concept that allows teachers to utilize their budgets to communicate knowledge to their entire classroom. With this in mind, we have developed a series of lesson plans for use with Swift Compound and Stereo microscopes in conjunction with Swift Cam cameras and digital imaging software.

Description: This workshop will allow participants to experience an inquiry-based laboratory that teaches basic microscopy and digital imaging concepts, while at the same time allowing students to "solve" a whodunit-type crime!
